§ 9-3. Employee bonds.

Latest version.

The following employees shall be bonded in the amounts shown in accordance with the requirements of the charter:

City secretary/tax collector ..... 25,000.00

Police chief ..... 5,000.00

Judge of the municipal court ..... 5,000.00

Clerk of the municipal court ..... 5,000.00

Clerk-cashiers (each) ..... 5,000.00

Secretary ..... 1,000.00

Police officers (each) ..... 1,000.00

Animal control warden ..... 1,000.00

Landfill attendant ..... 1,000.00

If one person holds more than one of the positions listed above, only one bond in the highest amount for any one position held is required.
