§ 8-14. Unauthorized removal of barricade.

It shall be unlawful for any person to tear down or remove any barricade, fence or obstruction and drive on, along or over any street or alley during the process of construction of the paving or repairing thereon, when said street has been barricaded by the orders of the city engineer.
