§ 8-13. Littering prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drop, deposit or scatter or place refuse, waste, trash or litter upon any public place within the city, including streets, alleys, public parks and school grounds. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
