§ 5-3. Use of streets and sidewalks for commercial purposes prohibited.

No person shall have the right to sell or exhibit for sale on any street, sidewalk, or alley within the city any goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind or character or to use any part of the streets, sidewalks, or alleys within the city as a place in which to carry on his trade, profession, or business.
