§ 11-54. Sales in public street prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person, whether operating or occupying a vehicle or not, to remain stopped or standing in a public street or right-of-way for a period of time exceeding five minutes for the purpose of selling or attempting to sell any commodity, or for displaying wares, or for soliciting business.
