§ 4-28. Private sewage disposal code.

(a)

Adopted. There is hereby adopted by the city for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for all structures within the city limits, that certain private sewage disposal code recommended by the International Code Council, known as the International Private Sewage Disposal Code, being particularly the 2015 edition, including all appendices and all subsequent revisions, standards, or supplements thereto, except as hereinafter amended. one copy of said code is on file in the office of the building inspector, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the same shall be controlling in the construction of all buildings and other structures within the city limits.
