§ 14-21. Water service area.

(a)

There is hereby established a water service area, constituting land within the city limits and within the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction, as depicted on Exhibit 2 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

(b)

The boundaries of the water service area may be amended from time to time, or new water benefit areas may be delineated, pursuant to the procedures in section 14-18.
