§ 14-6. Impact fees as conditions of development approval.

No application for new development shall be approved within the city without assessment of impact fees pursuant to this chapter, and no water and wastewater tap shall be installed and no building permit shall be issued unless the applicant has paid the applicable impact fees imposed by and calculated hereunder.
