§ 11-6. Application of traffic regulations to drivers of government vehicles.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the driver of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of government of the united states, this state, or any county, city, town, district, or any other political subdivision of this state, and it shall be unlawful for any such driver to violate any of the provisions of this chapter, except as otherwise permitted herein or by state statute.
