§ 6.7. Maintenance and Guarantee of Public Improvements.

The property owner shall maintain all required public improvements for a period of two (2) years following acceptance of the subdivision by the City, and shall also provide a two-year maintenance bond (warranty) for one hundred (100%) percent of the cost of improvements that all public improvements will be free from defects for a period of two (2) years following such acceptance by the City. Items to be maintained by the HOA shall be perpetual.
