§ 20. Dance and game halls permit fees.

(a)

Initial permit fee. Any person who wishes to operate a pool hall, public dance hall, private club, or other place of amusement shall pay a permit fee of $400.00. Such permit shall expire 12 months from the date of issuance.

(b)

Permit renewal fee. On or before the expiration of the permit each year, such operator of a pool hall, public dance hall, private club, or other place of amusement holding a permit shall renew such permit in the same manner as the original permit and by paying an annual permit renewal fee of $200.00.
