§ 13. Rights-of-way construction permit fee.

There shall be charged a fee to cover inspection of all sidewalk and driveway aprons and other reinforced concrete constructions on public property:

Sidewalks (new construction):

First 50 feet, minimum fee ..... $3.00

For each foot in excess of 50 feet, per foot ..... 0.05

(2)

Sidewalks (repair):

For each inspection as required by the city engineer ..... 2.00

(3)

Driveway aprons:

Residential (each) ..... 3.00

Commercial (each) ..... 4.00

No fees will be charged when sidewalk or driveway permits are issued in conjunction with building permits for new construction.

Head-in parking ..... 5.00/space
